Arrestation d’Aminatou Haidar, Sahara Occidental

Aujourd'hui, vendredi 13 novembre 2009, Aminatou Haidar, défenseuse sahraouie des droits humains a été arrêtée par les autotités marocaines à son arrivée à l'aéroport de El Ayoun, à 12h30.
Selon les dernières informations, elle était encore interrogée au commissariat de l'aéroport.
Après l'arrestation de 7 autres défenseurs sahraouis des droits humains le 8 octobre dernier qui ont été présentés devant un tribunal militaire, nous craignons fortement que Mme Haidar subisse le même sort.

Western Saharan rights activists brought before Moroccan military court
Three of the Sahrawi human rights activists held in Salé prison north of Rabat since October 8, 2009, were brought before the investigating judge of the military court in Rabat today, Wednesday.
They are Brahim Dahane, president of ASVDH, Ali Salem Tamek, Vice-President of CODESA, Saleh Labihi President of the Sahraoui Forum to Protect Childhood.

Three other prisoners will appear before the same judge tomorrow, Thursday. They are Dagje Lachgar, member of the executive office of ASVDH, Ahmad Nassiri, member of the coordination council of the ASVDH, and Yahdih Ettarouzi, a human rights defender.

Meanwhile, the seventh member of the detained group, Rachid Sghaer, was brought before the investigating judge Monday.
